software that I will be using includes surveymonkey.com to create the option surveys for clients which is suitable as I have used it before and find it easy to manage and receive feedback. As well as CorelDraw/ Google Sketchup to design the shape for the desk tidy's.
I will also need to use computers for most of the time, for research, survey, and email. Sites such as google are suitable for research purposes because there are various/suitable sites that have research I can get information off.
